Australian Property Research is a national research and acquisition firm dedicated to helping clients identify and secure high-performing property investments across Australia. We work closely with a trusted network of real estate agents, developers and builders to source and recommend opportunities - often before they reach the open market. By operating predominantly in an off-market environment, we provide our clients with access to property in a less pressured and less competitive space.
Unlike traditional buyer’s agents, we do not charge our clients a buyer’s agency fee. Instead, our compensation comes from the selling side - either directly from the agent or the vendor - allowing us to deliver expert property acquisition services at no direct cost to our buyers.
Our role is to uncover opportunities that align with our clients’ financial objectives and make them available for careful consideration and strategic acquisition.
